Staylly

Staylly is a hospitality management platform being rebuilt from a retail/ERP core to serve hotels, restaurants, bars, spas and gyms. Hospitality SMEs need bookings, table and room service, guest folios, payments and reporting to work together — and their front-of-house terminals must keep functioning when the network drops or a setting hasn't yet reached the server. The project required a deep understanding of the domain and a meticulous approach to user experience design. We needed to build something that was not only visually stunning but also incredibly fast and reliable at scale.

An offline-first Wails desktop client (local SQLite + sync outbox) acts as the primary till and ledger against a shared Go/Gin/GORM API, mirrored in the browser as the web portal, with a tenant dashboard, an embeddable booking widget, QR table ordering with mobile-money STK push, and a separate SaaS admin console. A single cross-outlet reconciliation ledger keeps every revenue view in agreement.
