The Challenge
Connect-ISP is a multi-tenant hotspot billing platform that lets internet service providers manage tenants, generate vouchers, integrate with MikroTik routers, and accept mobile money payments — all from a connected web admin and customer portal. The project required a deep understanding of the domain and a meticulous approach to user experience design. We needed to build something that was not only visually stunning but also incredibly fast and reliable at scale.
Our Solution
We built three connected web platforms on Desishub's Grit Framework: a public marketing site, an ISP tenant admin portal where each ISP manages their own customers and vouchers, and a customer-facing portal where end-users buy data and check usage. PostgreSQL + Redis behind Docker handle persistence. The MikroTik RouterOS API integration handles voucher provisioning and bandwidth allocation in real time. MTN MoMo and Airtel Money handle payments.
