Invoice Pro

Invoice Pro is a B2B SaaS product for creating and tracking invoices, quotations and expenses. It serves freelancers, agencies and small businesses that juggle invoicing, payment collection and client tracking across spreadsheets, PDFs and email, with no single view of what's owed, paid or overdue. The project required a deep understanding of the domain and a meticulous approach to user experience design. We needed to build something that was not only visually stunning but also incredibly fast and reliable at scale.

Invoice Pro provides a branded invoice and quotation builder, a client and catalogue database, expense tracking and a dashboard of revenue KPIs, plus a hosted customer-facing payment page connected to Stripe and the DGateway mobile-money gateway with signature-verified webhooks. It ships as a single Go binary embedding the built Next.js frontend, deployed as one Docker Compose stack.
