Estately

Estately is a multi-tenant platform for investors and property managers who track land purchases, construction projects, plot/unit sales, rentals and the full expense ledger behind them, consolidated into one base currency. Investors running land, construction, sales and rentals side by side end up with money spread across vendors, workers, multiple currencies and disconnected spreadsheets. The project required a deep understanding of the domain and a meticulous approach to user experience design. We needed to build something that was not only visually stunning but also incredibly fast and reliable at scale.

Every cost and payment is written to one polymorphic expense ledger tied back to land, plots or buildings, with exchange rates looked up per transaction and totals rolled up server-side in a single base currency. Role-based access, an admin panel, and offline-first desktop and mobile clients all read and write the same Go API, so the numbers never disagree. Ships as web, admin, Wails desktop and Expo mobile.
