How much does a website cost in Uganda?
Most Ugandan businesses budget between UGX 800,000 and UGX 5,000,000 for a complete website. Our Starter tier (UGX 800K – 1.5M) covers a fast 5-page brochure site with mobile money links. Growth (UGX 2.5M – 5M) adds blogs, lead-gen forms, advanced SEO, and CMS. Enterprise (UGX 6M+) is for custom web apps with authentication and integrations.
How much does a mobile app cost in Uganda?
A Progressive Web App (PWA) starts from UGX 3M. A hybrid Flutter or React Native app for both iOS and Android runs UGX 10M – 18M. Enterprise super-apps with wallets, real-time tracking, and chat start at UGX 25M+. PWAs are the fastest and cheapest path to mobile for most Ugandan businesses.
How much does an ERP or custom system cost?
Our Starter ERP package is UGX 1.5M for an MVP with up to 5 core modules. The Professional package at UGX 4M is what most growing companies need — multi-module, multi-platform, integrated payments. Enterprise systems with 10+ modules, role-based access, and DevOps start at UGX 10M. Monthly maintenance is UGX 300,000.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The standard split is 50% deposit on kick-off, milestone payments through the build, and the balance on delivery. For training, you can pay the full tier upfront or month-by-month at UGX 300,000 / month. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, and cash at the office.
Are these prices fixed, or will you give me a custom quote?
The prices above are realistic ranges for the most common project shapes. Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we map your exact scope, after which we issue a written, signed Statement of Work with the final number. Real quotes typically land within these bands.
What's included in the price?
All packages include: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment to production, source code ownership on full payment, basic SEO setup, and a support window (3–12 months depending on tier). Add-ons like extended support, hosting, and ongoing marketing are quoted separately.
Do you work with international or non-Ugandan clients?
Yes. We work with clients across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and remote-first companies globally. Pricing for international clients is typically quoted in USD using a 1 USD ≈ 3,700 UGX reference rate, with the UGX numbers above as the floor.
What's the difference between this pricing and the AI automation pricing on the solutions page?
There are two AI tracks. The AI Automation Service (under /services) is for businesses that want a specific AI agent or workflow shipped end-to-end.
