The catch: it's webmail-only on the free tier, meaning you can't connect Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail (no IMAP or POP). The 25 MB attachment limit is also smaller than Gmail's. For solo founders and small teams who live in webmail and the Zoho mobile app, that's fine. If you need desktop sync or bigger attachments, you upgrade to Zoho Mail Lite (about $1/user/month) or move to Google Workspace.

Yes — every paid tier includes web, mobile (iOS and Android) and desktop client setup. The Starter (Zoho Free) tier is webmail and mobile only because Zoho's free plan doesn't expose IMAP/POP — that's why our paid tiers exist for teams that need Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail to sync properly.

Yes. The Enhanced tier includes migration of up to 1 GB of existing mail, and the Premium tier covers up to 25 GB plus contacts and calendars. We migrate without downtime — old mail keeps flowing while we cut over to the new branded inbox, then we forward and archive the old account.
