The Challenge
Intellixio is a multi-tenant inventory management platform. Every byte of data has to belong to the right tenant, every report has to add up, and the platform has to scale as more merchants onboard without leaking performance or data between accounts. The project required a deep understanding of the domain and a meticulous approach to user experience design. We needed to build something that was not only visually stunning but also incredibly fast and reliable at scale.
Our Solution
We engineered Intellixio as a two-portal web app: a tenant admin dashboard for each merchant to manage their inventory, plus a super-admin platform-owner web app for the Intellixio team to manage all tenants. Built on Next.js + PostgreSQL with row-level security as the multi-tenant isolation primitive, Prisma ORM, Redis for caching, Better Auth for sessions, and Resend for transactional email. Currently in pilot with 10+ modules live.
